CARPET CLEANING & RESTORATION TECHNICIAN

Our company is looking to hire a driven individual for our Carpet Cleaning & Restoration Technician position! If you’re looking for a day filled with variety look no further!

Honesty, dedication, ability to work in a detail-oriented environment are all qualities to succeed!

No experience No problem – We take the time and care to train our entry level technicians (begin as an apprentice and grow into a LEADER)!  Learn tools to the trade for Carpet Cleaning, Tile Cleaning, Dryer Vent Cleaning, Upholstery Cleaning, Air Duct Cleaning, Water Restoration, and MORE!

Job Responsibilities include:

  • Clean driving record
  • Ability to pass a background check
  • Attention to detail
  • Customer service skills
  • Clean appearance
  • Assist Crew Lead to prepare for the jobs assigned for day
  • Assist Crew Lead on the job (set up equipment, moving furniture, pulling hoses, pack up equipment)
  • Ability to lift 50lbs
  • Desire to advance to Crew Lead status
  • Uphold company standards and policies
  • Access to Smart Device

Hours:

  • Full Time, Part Time
  • Monday – Friday; 8:00am – 6:pm
    • Occasionally jobs can be scheduled after regular hours or on a Saturday

Pay:

  • Fusion offers a pay structure that’s the best of both worlds! You get an hourly safety net of no less than $15/hr. PLUS the opportunity to make a weekly commission by getting a percentage of the van! What you make is in your hands!
