Making the switch from carpet to wood flooring can be a scary one if you’re not sure how to properly maintain great looking hardwood and laminate flooring.  Increasingly, one of the most popular wood and laminate cleaning methods involve sand-less cleaning and can be utilized for many types of wood floor finishes. With our cleaning method, we can correct minor flooring blemishes, scratches and scrapes, Clean and Refinish your flooring.

To prepare the floor for the cleaning process, we remove all caked mud, chewing gum, and other debris from the floor and vacuum the dirt paying special attention to corners.  I.F.T. ™ or “Intensive Floor Treatment” solution is then professionally applied.  I.F.T. aggressively removes the build-up of dirt and contaminants.  This step is repeated across all areas of the wood flooring and a similar method is used for laminate flooring.

Secondly, our “Clean and Refinish” system continues to remove the remaining dirt from the wood flooring and restores a uniform sheen.  Lastly, our Squeaky ™solution is used to clean the floor again following the same procedure as the “Clean & Refinish” method. “Squeaky”, best for laminate flooring, removes dirt and small scuffs as well as ensuring no residue is left on your wood floors. These last two processes are formulated to ensure all dirt and contaminants have been removed from the wood.
