Qualifications & Requirements
• 3 year minimum experience in carpet cleaning required
• Water restoration field a plus, but not required
• IICRC certified a plus, but not required
• Pass criminal background check
• Valid driver’s license
• Good driving record
• Reliable transportation to shop
• Flexible schedule
• Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
• Respectful & Courteous to team members & customers
• Excellent customer service & communication skills
• Organized & able to work independently
• Sales experience a plus
