We are on the lookout for a dedicated individual to join our team as a Carpet Cleaning & Restoration Technician. Start as an apprentice and, with our comprehensive training, you’ll soon master the tools of the trade, encompassing Carpet Cleaning, Tile Cleaning, Dryer Vent Cleaning, Upholstery Cleaning, Air Duct Cleaning, Water Restoration, and more.

Job Responsibilities:

• Maintain a clean driving record.
• Pass a background check.
• Exhibit keen attention to detail and strong customer service skills.
• Present a professional appearance.
• Assist the Crew Lead in daily preparations and on-the-job tasks, including setting up equipment, moving furniture, pulling hoses, and packing up equipment.
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs.
• Show a keen interest in advancing to Crew Lead status.
• Uphold company standards and policies.
• Have access to a smart device.

Working Hours:

• Positions available: Full Time & Part Time.
• Regular hours: Monday – Friday, 8:00 am – 6:00 pm.
• Note: Occasionally, jobs may be scheduled outside regular hours or on Saturdays.

Compensation:

• Fusion offers a unique pay structure. Enjoy a guaranteed hourly rate of no less than $15/hr, coupled with the chance to earn a weekly commission based on a percentage of the van’s earnings. Your earning potential is truly in your hands!
