The EPA recommends cleaning only as needed, which is why our free video inspection comes first. For most Emerald Coast homes — humid, with pets or near construction — that's somewhere between every three and five years.
A standard home takes two to four hours, start to finish. We move register-by-register so you keep one room comfortable while we work on the next.
Yes. We use EPA-registered formulations rated for occupied residential spaces. We typically ask you to stay out of treated rooms for 30–60 minutes after fogging, but no extended evacuation is required.
