In the Beginning….

Pablo and Danielle Duque, long time residents of Fort Walton Beach, Florida, began Fusion Carpet Care in February of 2005 and in January 2008 they incorporated and became Fusion Carpet Care, Inc.  They decided in the very beginning that Fusion’s focus would be customer service, and of course, along with customer service comes quality cleaning.  With hard work, an educated staff, fair practices, and appreciation for loyal customers, the company has more than quadrupled in size since 2005 and is now a major provider of cleaning services across Okaloosa, Santa Rosa, and Walton counties.  As a Certified Firm, to encompass all the services offered, Fusion Carpet Care, Inc. became Fusion CRS: Cleaning & Restoration Services in 2012. Fusion CRS is a certified firm in all areas of cleaning from carpet cleaning, tile and grout cleaning, upholstery/furniture cleaning, and water damage restoration. Serving both residential and commercial clients and establishing personal relationships of trust and service has been a rewarding experience.

First job: Blockbuster Video (if you can remember a time before streaming!)
She has a healthy obsession with Disney and Mermaids! Lived in Fort Walton Beach for the past 11 years and is raising her 3 sons with her husband, who is a local barber. Liz can’t say no to an Iced Caramel Macchiato or anything that represents her Alma mater THE Florida State University.
