Pablo and Danielle Duque, dedicated residents of Fort Walton Beach, Florida, launch Fusion Carpet Care. From the outset, they prioritize customer service and quality cleaning.
The company evolves, incorporating to become Fusion Carpet Care, Inc. The commitment to customer service remains unwavering.
Through dedication, an educated team, fair practices, and gratitude for their loyal clientele, Fusion Carpet Care, Inc. experiences exponential growth. The company’s size multiplies by over four times, establishing itself as a leading cleaning service provider across Okaloosa, Santa Rosa, and Walton counties. Reflecting the broad spectrum of services they offer, Fusion Carpet Care, Inc. rebrands to Fusion CRS: Cleaning & Restoration Services. As a Certified Firm, they excel in various cleaning domains, from carpet and tile cleaning to water damage restoration.
Fusion CRS continues to serve both residential and commercial clients across the counties. Building personal, trust-based relationships with their clients remains at the heart of their operations, making their journey all the more fulfilling.

President
Pablo Duque
Pablo Duque, company president from Santiago, Chile, started his career as an electrician. He has a penchant for empanadas, is a fan of the band Queen, and enjoys playing the guitar. His guiding principle is the Golden Rule.
Vice President
Danielle Duque
Danielle Duque is the Vice President from Shalimar, FL. Her first job was at a tourist shop in downtown Ft. Walton Beach. She loves to sleep in, volunteers at her child’s school, and is actively involved with her church. Her personal motto is: “Everyone is accountable for their own actions and reactions. You have a choice!”
Tier 6 Crew Lead
Michael Custard
Mike Custard is the Crew Supervisor at Fusion since May 2019. He’s married with four daughters. If given a chance, he’d switch places with an animal. Mike’s favorite karaoke choices are Disney songs, and he aspires to be retired in the future.

Rodney Walker
Rodney Walker is the Assistant Crew Manager at Fusion since November 2019. Originally from Philly, he’s a 49ers enthusiast with three kids. Rodney enjoys card games and unwinding with a cold beer. His aspiration is to be a lovable man.
Office Assistant
Kathy Serna
Kathy Serna is an Office Assistant from North Carolina. She has a passion for street tacos, Bob Ross painting classes, and crafting. Kathy enjoys country music, has two daughters, and amusingly owns a rooster.

Gustavo Arango is a team member from Colombia, now living in Fort Walton Beach. He’s known for being exceptionally friendly and has a knack for humor.

Jerome W
Jerome W is a team member from Jacksonville, FL, and a passionate football fan supporting the Jacksonville Jaguars and Florida Gators. As a child, he admired Superman and aspired to lead a bank. Jerome enjoys pizza outings and singing “Billy Jean” by Michael Jackson at karaoke. He’d love to swap roles with the president for a day and dreams of vacationing in Costa Rica.

Kevin F is a team member from San Diego, CA. He’s a fan of the Los Angeles Chargers, enjoys working out, watching “Outer Banks”, and loves soul food. Given a choice, he’d pick the superpower to control lighting and dreams of vacationing in Switzerland.

Tyler Caldwell is originally from Fort Walton Beach. When he grows up he wants to be a leader/ mentor. Among his favorite movies is Inception and Harry Potter. His favorite super hero is Spiderman. He has 2 kids, 7 years and 5 months old. Brazilian steakhouses, pasta and family time are some of hs favorite things. Tyler would love to guest star on Suite Life of Zach and Cody. If he had his way, he would switch places with a tiger for the day!

Tae Caines is originally from the Virgin Islands. He wants to be a business manager when he grows up. His favorite movie is Transformers. His favorite superhero is Iron Man and teleportation is the super power he wishes to have. Tae has a 7 month old baby. Pizzas is his favorite food. If he could live anywhere in the world he would like to live in Japan. Tae would like to guest star on South Park. His go to Karaoke is “Party In the USA”. Swimming is Tae’s favorite hobby along with sleeping at the end of a hard day. Tae enjoys watching the Cleveland Browns play and his ultimate desire is to switch places with someone who is a Billionaire for a day!

Cady B
Cady relocated to Niceville from Kansas City, MO with her family. She is currently a senior at Niceville High School and plans to attend West Florida after graduating to pursue a degree in Developmental Psychology. Cady hopes to one day vacation in Italy. Her favorite movies are Pitch Perfect and Looking for Alaska. She enjoys reading, hiking, and cheering for the Kansas City Chiefs when she isn’t working diligently on schoolwork or hanging out with her Fusion Team.
